ACCESSIBILITY

Cadleigh Manor is situated on its own land just off the road. Ample car parking is on a concrete, slightly sloping drive to the side of the property. We can ensure that parking adjacent to the entrance gate is available for those guests that require it, if we are notified in advance.

Access to the main entrance is via the side gateway straight from the drive and into the front garden. A step of 4.5 inches takes you down to a slightly sloping path that leads directly to the front porch.  Two steps take you up to the front door of the house. A wide doorway leads in to the hall which has the stairs running off it and all of our guest bedrooms are up these stairs, on the first floor.

Ten stairs lead from the hall to the mezzanine landing. These stairs have a banister on the left hand side and an additional hand rail on the right hand side.

The Tavy guest room is off the mezzanine level.

From the mezzanine there is a level walk in to the Tavy room. The Tavy room is an en-suite room with super-king size bed which can be converted in to twin beds. A single bed can be added to make it a family room. The ensuite room is one step up from the main room. The cistern has push button flushing and a slow closing toilet lid. The sink has lever taps and a push button plug (there is no need to fiddle with chains and plugs). The shower has a good size shower base (900mm square) with an adjustable height rose, adjustable flow head and push button on/off switch. A shower seat is available upon request.

Lighting for the main room is via an overhead light and two bedside wall lights. There is a flat screen remote control digital TV with DVD player and a built-in wardrobe.
