TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will receive a provisional confirmation letter via e-mail (or post if no email is available).

The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.  Until such time we will keep your reservation in the diary but we retain the right to accept another booking if your deposit is not forthcoming. We will endeavour to let you know if this is likely to happen. 

A deposit, equal to the cost of the first night’s stay must be received in order to secure the booking.  The deposit amount will be stated on your provisional confirmation letter.  This may be done via internet banking

or by cheque to:

The balance due is payable on arrival at Cadleigh Manor.  This allows us to fully concentrate on our guests at breakfast time. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. 

If a reservation is cancelled at any time after a deposit is paid, a £20.00 administration fee will be retained. 

For cancellations within the 30 days before the arrival date booked, we reserve the right to charge for the first night’s stay. 

Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the full amount becoming payable.

For self-catering accommodation:

A deposit of £100.00 is payable to secure the booking, this is non-refundable.  In the event of a postponement and subject to availability, it can be transferred to a new booking if the stay is taken within two months of the original date booked.

The full balance is payable one calendar month before your date of arrival.  This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of any cancellation. 

CAR PARKING 

We have had no problems ourselves, but guests are advised that cars parked on our property are left at the owner’s risk. 

NO SMOKING POLICY 

In accordance with current legislation, Cadleigh Manor is strictly a no smoking home. 

Guests are not permitted to smoke within the house. 

We expect this policy to be adhered to and thank you for your compliance.  

Any guests who smoke within the house will be subject to a repair fee of £100.  This is to deep clean the beds, bedding, carpets and curtains ready for the next guests.
